User accounts are deleted from the database by using the User Manager dialog box. A user must be deleted from all user groups before the user account can be deleted.
From the Tools menu, point to System Administration, and then click User Manager to open the User Manager dialog box.
From the Users list, select the user that you want to delete from the database, click Delete, and then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
